The Morristown Community Ice Rink located at Oxbow Park is a winter tradition and is set up December-February. The use of it is weather dependent. A 40 x 80 ft. area with a plastic liner is flooded each winter. A shovel is available to clear the snow from the rink. The rink has lights for night-time use. Please respect the rink, and be careful of the liner, clips and sides so they can be reused each year. Be responsible and use the facility at your own risk. All are welcome and enjoy!

Please help keep the rink safe and fun:
  • Use the shovel to clear snow.
  • Protect the liner, clips, and sides.
  • Stay off when closed to allow safe ice formation.
Ice Skate Rentals:
Ice skates are available on a first come, first serve basis. Ice skates may be borrowed by an adult for a deposit fee of $20 to be refunded when skates are returned. The lending period is December-February and skates are due back when the ice rink is closed for the season; date TBD.  

The borrower agrees to take good care of the ice skates, return them unaltered and in good condition with all parts present. If the borrower causes damage by overly rough or inappropriate usage, or fails to return skates by March 15 they will be billed for the cost of replacement ($100 youth skates/ $150 adult skates).

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to register for this free activity but must choose the skate size under products during the registration process to rent skates for the season.
